1. The personal data of the User/Buyer shall be processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine of 1 June 2010 No. 2297-VI "On Protection of Personal Data."

2. By acceding to this Agreement, the User/Buyer consents to the Privacy Policy posted on the Site and hereby authorizes the use of his or her personal data provided to the Seller during registration on the Site and/or when placing an Order on the Site without registration.

3. The Seller shall use the User’s/Buyer’s personal data for the following purposes:

-registration of the User/Buyer on the Site;
-performance of the Seller’s obligations to the User/Buyer;
-evaluation and analysis of the Site’s operation;
-notification regarding promotions and similar matters.

4. Personal data obtained from the User/Buyer shall be stored on secure servers.

5. All appropriate administrative and technical measures shall be applied to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful disclosure, unauthorized dissemination, misuse, and any other unlawful acts in the processing of personal data held by the Seller. Data shall be used solely for the purposes set forth above.

6. Personal data provided by the User/Buyer shall not be used by the Seller for personal purposes or disclosed to third parties, except to the extent necessary for the provision of services to the User/Buyer.
